Atlantis Waterjet provides expert, precise, and cost-effective water jet cutting for a variety of military specification parts in a range of materials. This includes hard materials and composites such as aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, Kevlar, and alloys, as well as soft materials such as plastic, rubber, foam, insulation and fabrics. Our equipment can handle large sheets, and waterjet cut parts rarely requiring any hand finishing.
Water jet cutting is a very fast, clean, and cost-effective method for fabricating many parts. Unlike plasma cutting, which produces heat that can cause thermal damage to some materials, water jet cutting does not produce heat. The water jet cutting process also enables us to stack flat sheets, resulting in greater production efficiency than standard machining.
We are experienced at providing precision fabrication for prototype and standard Mil-Spec parts for police, fire, and emergency use. Please contact us to discuss your specific project requirements.
